Welcome to skyinmotion.com, the homepage of Brett Roberts, a 20-year-old meteorology junior at the University of Oklahoma. I've set up this site for a few reasons: to store and display my photos online, to keep a log of my storm chasing experiences, and also just to dabble in web design and learn as much as I can about creating and maintaining a website through trial and error.

Whether you were linked here from one of the several forums and portals I post on or stumbled upon this site during a web search, I hope you'll find something worthwhile to look at. If you have any questions, concerns, or comments regarding anything on this site, please feel free to contact me.

For an optimal viewing experience I recommend using Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer on a screen resolution of 1024x768 or greater, and with 32-bit color depth. JavaScript must be enabled on your browser for parts of the site to function properly.

2008-03-09 - after over a year of neglect, I've finally revamped the photo gallery, adding quite a few new shots as well as improving the layout. There are a few more sets of photos I'll be adding over the coming weeks, and from here on out all my storm chasing shots will go directly into the gallery as soon as I process them. My next project will be giving the chase journal a similar aesthetic overhaul, but that may be awhile thanks to school, work, and of course chasing itself!
